At Ali’i Kai Resort, we engaged our licensed, professional partner, Mokihana Pest Control, Inc., to conduct a thorough, in-person inspection of both units.
The Official Results:
- Unit 12E: The investigation, completed on November 24, 2025, included a thorough inspection of the unit and showed no evidence of infestation.
- Unit 9C: The investigation, also completed on November 24, 2025, included a thorough inspection of the unit and showed no evidence of infestation.
Reinforcing Our Commitment to Safety:
We want to assure all current and future guests that these swift actions are part of our standard operating procedure. Our professional, licensed pest control company already performs our rigorous quarterly interior and exterior treatments (last service date: November 12).
Furthermore, our mattresses are protected with durable, high-quality mattress encasements to provide an extra layer of protection and hygiene. These proactive measures ensure we are continually maintaining the highest possible standard of cleanliness and comfort.
Our Action Moving Forward:
- Zero Tolerance: Both professional reports confirm that the premises are clear. We maintain our rigorous, ongoing pest control program to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all our guests.
- Unit Re-entry: Both units 12E and 9C will now undergo our standard preparation and sanitization protocols before being returned to guest service.
